Reference number: 20095697 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-10-14 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 4 The Municipality of Saint-Esprit is requesting tenders for the connection of a new well at the drinking water plant. Only contractors with an establishment in Quebec are authorized to bid or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by that agreement and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor licence, issued by the Régie des entreprises de construction du Québec. The work should start on February 2, 2026 and be completed within 89 days of consecutive calendar. The Contractor must have completed the work, including commissioning of the equipment, by May 1, 2026 at the latest.
