This project consists of providing all required materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the construction of the Catawba River Bore to serve E&J Gallo Winery in Chester County, South Carolina. Generally, the project includes the installation of approximately 2,000-LF of new 20-Inch Horizontal Directional Bore beneath the Catawba River including all piping, interconnections associated with the Town of Fort Lawn Force Main and the Lancaster County Water & Sewer District (LCWSD) Force Main, appurtenances, and associated work. Specific Details are included within the Construction Plans and Technical Specifications. Q/A :- The deadline for submitting questions is 5:00 PM on Friday, October 10, 2025. Timetables: Goals for Goals for female and minority participation is 6.9% and 32% respectively. -On request, Owner will provide Bidder access to the Site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations relative to excavation and utility locates. Engineer and Owner shall be notified prior to any site visits.
