Bacone House Renovation Phase 2 - Millwork & Flooring. The bidding process will follow Title 61 Public Buildings and Works statutes. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid if the bid equals or exceeds $50,000. The scope includes, but is not limited to, comprehensive upgrades to interior finishes (flooring, paint, etc.), new millwork and casework, accessibility improvements to the first-floor kitchen and bathroom areas, and significant upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
