Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, materials, supplies, permits, disposal, travel, and incidentals necessary to Roof Sealing, Silicone Coating and Repair Services to Caltrans. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, materials, supplies, permits, disposal, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide metal roof sealing, silicone coating, and repair services to the Caltrans Victorville Maintenance Station. Written Question Submittal 09/30/2025 12:00PM Proposed Award Date (estimate) 10/14/2025 This Agreement will commence on November 3, 2025 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on November 2, 2026 (estimate).
