Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Victorville, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Provide labor and materials to install basketball and pickle ball courts per scope of work at Silverado High School. Attendance at the entire mandatory job walk is required. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope as specified. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements, and all projects over $1,000 are subject to wage monitoring and enforcement. A Payment Bond is required for contracts over $25,000 and a Performance Bond is required for all contracts. Contractors must possess a valid and active contractor's license of the required classification(s) and be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations to perform public work. Contractors and all subcontractors must furnish electronic certified payroll records to the Labor Commissioner in PDF format. OWNER will retain 5% of the amount of any progress payments. Prequalification is not required for this project. This project is anticipated to start on approximately December 22, 2025 [date] and is anticipated to have a duration of 45 calendar days for completion DVBE (3%) Scope of Work: Longview ISD is looking for qualified contractors to provide and install new digital display boards and updated scoreboards in the Coliseum at the High School Campus. o Provide 30 feet of new scorers tables. Include safety padding, wheels for easy maneuverability, digital display, computer for controls, built in possession arrow, black vinyl protective cover o Provide 30 feet of wall mounted digital display opposite of the scorers table: Include safety padding, wiring back to computer for controls, black vinyl protective cover o Provide 4- 12' x 7' digital display boards replacing the center hung existing scoreboard. Include all necessary trim kits, provide controls systems with remotes all connectors and accessories for basic operations, provide additional advertising software as required, provide engineered drawing for new center hung system, include typical graphics o Provide alternate pricing for chain or cable hoist system for easier maintenance o Provide 2- 30' x 4' Wall mounted Ribbon Display boards replacing the existing wall mounted scoreboards. Include all necessary trim kits, provide controls systems and all necessary wiring for basic operations, provide additional advertising software as required, include typical graphics o Provide 2 digital shot clocks and backboard light kits for existing removable/portable basketball goals. 8. Contractor shall include a $15,000.00 allowance in his bid. 9. Contractor will work with school site on scheduling. If a conflict arises in scheduling, the school needs will supersede contractors. 10. Contractor shall meet all conditions of the scope of work and all other contract documentation provided to the contractor. 11. Contractor shall provide a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Warranty will start on date the Notice of Completion is recorded. 12. Contractor shall leave site in same condition as before work started. 13. A signed copy of this scope of work shall be included in the bid documents. .
