Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Victorville, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Provide labor and materials to remove old and install new kitchen equipment per scope of work. This project is anticipated to start on approximately June 1, 2026, with a duration of 30 calendar days for completion. A mandatory job walk is required for bidders. Bidders must possess a valid and active contractor's license of the specified classification(s). This is a prevailing wage project, and contractors and subcontractors must comply with all prevailing wage laws, furnishing electronic certified payroll records as required. A payment bond is required for contracts over $25,000 and a performance bond for all contracts prior to commencement of work. All work must comply with California Labor Code, including requirements for retention, inspection, and auditing payroll records, use of apprentices, payment of overtime compensation, and securing workers' compensation insurance. Submission of a bid constitutes representation that the bidder has thoroughly reviewed all requirements. No alternates are requested for this project. Attendance at the entire mandatory job walk is required for bid consideration, and failure to attend may result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. There is no plan deposit required.
