Description

Site work for a communication facility in Victorville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.

Excelsior Charter Schools wishes to receive proposals for Wide Area Network services. The Charter has a total of 9 schools and operational facilities, including the Central Office, all currently connected by a fully managed private WAN via 1000 Mbps connections provided by Spectrum. Vendor proposals should cover terms of three years plus two one-year optional extensions or a five-year term. Proposals must be submitted as described. If awarded the contract, the successful bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% performance bond and a criminal background investigation/fingerprinting certification. Excelsior reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality, technical defect, or clerical error in any Bid Proposal Package, as required. Any proposer may withdraw their proposal at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. Questions relating to this RFP must be provided in writing and emailed to erate@excelsior.com. a. The last day to ask questions is 2:00 PM PST on DECEMBER 19, 2025
