Reference Number 0000399161 This project is divided into two separate contracts: Contract No. 1 – General Construction: Includes installation of an 8-inch water main extension from NYS Route 82 to the Pinewood Knolls Water District, an 8-inch extension to Clove Branch Apartments, abandonment of two public wells, razing of the existing Water Treatment Plant, and construction of a new water meter building. Contract No. 2 – Electrical Construction: Includes demolition of existing electrical systems at the pump house and furnishing and installing a new electric service to the proposed meter building.
