All Work Shall Be Performed at Prevailing Wage Rates in Accordance With the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act. This Project is Classified as Public Works Construction Under N.j.s.a. 40a:11-2 and Requires Contractors to Be Properly Registered and Classified for the Type of Work Being Performed. All Bidders Must Provide Proof of Registration With the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.48 Et Seq. (Public Works Contractor Registration Act). Bidders Must Submit With Their Bid a Complete List of All Subcontractors Who Will Perform Work on This Project if the Subcontractor's Portion Exceeds 10% of the Total Bid Amount or $25,000, Whichever is Less.
