Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Little Ferry, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The project consists of site clearing; removal and replacement of existing pumps, pump control panel and fence; platform extension, bypass pumping as required and epoxy coating dry well; condition assessment of existing 10" force main (approximately 840 linear feet), and site restoration. All work must be completed within one hundred eighty calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Proposals must be made on standard proposal forms included with the contract documents and submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project. Submissions must include a statement of consent of surety from a surety company authorized to do business in New Jersey and either a bid bond or certified check drawn to the order of Township of Union for not less than ten percent of the amount bid, not to exceed $20,000. The successful bidder is required to provide a performance bond and labor and material (payment) bond for the full amount of the project. Only properly qualified bidders will be accepted. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities as specified by law.
