A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), on behalf of Miles Pointe, is seeking quotes from qualified Contractor home damage repairs. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in its best interest. CMHA also reserves the right to seek additional or new bids and to waive informalities and minor inequities in bids received. This project is subject to Davis-Bacon or HUD prevailing wage rates. Minority and Women-Owned Business Participation. It is the policy of CMHA to ensure that Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) have maximum opportunity to participate in CMHA contracting opportunities.
