Bid #6976: Various Aggregates to be supplied on an "as needed" basis to various locations throughout Cleveland Metroparks for a two (2) year period beginning December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2027. Bids in excess of $10,000 must include a bid bond executed by a surety company authorized in Ohio, or a certified check, cashier's check, or money order in the amount of five percent of the bid, payable to Cleveland Metroparks. Bids in excess of $10,000 without proper bonding will be disqualified. The successful bidder's deposit is retained until the contract is executed and delivered. Contractors must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations concerning Equal Employment Opportunities. Cleveland Metroparks is exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes. Bids must be submitted through Public Purchase. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty days after the closing time. Cleveland Metroparks reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities.
