As the largest wastewater treatment provider in the State of Ohio, the Sewer District spans 380 square miles, serves 62 communities and one million residents, treats 90 billion gallons of wastewater a year, and manages more than 400 miles of streams. In addition to its award-winning treatment plant and laboratory performance,the Sewer District's Project Clean Lake construction program will reduce annual Lake Erie pollution by 4 billion gallons by 2035, while its Regional Stormwater Management Program addresses widespread inter-community problems like flooding, pollution, and erosion. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: This project will include the replacement of the following pieces of electrical equipment at the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Center: *CVI Lift Station (Area 58) Pump 5A Variable Frequency Drive *CVI Lift Station (Area 58) Pump 5B Variable Frequency Drive *Access Building #1 (Area 02) Power Panel 02-PP-1 *Access Building #1 (Area 02) Power Panel 02-PP-2 *Access Building #1 (Area 02) Power Panel LPPS-2 *Access Building #1 (Area 02) Power Panel ELPPS-1 *Access Building #1 (Area 02) Power Panel ELPPS-2 *Access Building #1 (Area 02) transformers TR-3, TR-4, and TR-5 The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. The MBE/WBE goal for this Contract is 5%. Estimate of Probable Construction Cost for THE Southerly Electrical Repair Project 2 is $650,000.00. The deadline for questions is Tuesday, October 28, 2025
