Ferric Chloride Solution 2025-2026 The purpose of this bid, and the requirement contract awarded following an evaluation of the bids received, is to provide 975,000 dry pounds of anhydrous ferric chloride in aqueous solution for the enhanced precipitation of soluble phosphorous in the processes at the Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant, Southerly Wastewater Treatment Center, and Westerly Wastewater Treatment Center (WWTPs) of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD). This contract is for a twelve (12) month period or until funds appropriated to this contract are exhausted. All questions regarding any irregularities and /or requests for information related to these bid documents shall be submitted electronically via the Questions and Answers tab of the project. Such inquiries will be answered as soon as is practicable. Any substantive information provided by NEORSD in response to such questions will be distributed as an addendum to the bid documents. The deadline for submission of questions shall be at 1:00 pm on Monday, October 20, 2025
