Site work for a civil project in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
**As of December 9, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 18,2025.** The work generally consists of: 1) Topsoil import to raise the berms of the existing north and south basins to elevation 910, 2) Installation of a new outlet structure and headwall for the southern basin, 3) Installation of two Newbury rock riffles within the outlet stream channel, 4) Installation of one rock sill within the outlet stream channel, 5) Installation of an orifice plate on the existing culvert, and 6) Repairs to the existing 48" equalizer culverts to prevent leakage through the pipe lifting holes. All questions regarding the Contract Documents shall be submitted through online. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received. Bidders shall review the Instructions to Bidders and all other contract documents prior to submitting a bid for this project. The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority, women, and small business enterprises (MBE/WBE/SBE). These policies are contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goal for this Contract is 8% MBE/WBE and 5% SBE. Question Deadline 10/27/2025 at 4:30 PM ET
