Furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for: TH 5 RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT TH 5 Reconstruction Project Grading, bituminous surfacing, roundabouts, ada improvements, retaining & noise walls, signals, tms, lighting, pedestrian crosswalk flasher system, and bridge construction length: 3.69 miles. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond naming Carver County as oblige, certified check payable to the Carver County Treasurer or a cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid,which shall be forfeited to the County in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. The County reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set of the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set of the opening of bids. The Carver County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids, and to waive irregularities and informalities therein.
