Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of 2" mill and 2" pave as well as curb repair at various locations within Pima County Board of Supervisor District 4, including traffic striping, traffic control, and miscellaneous work as needed. Estimated cost for the project is between $1,050,000.00 and $1,250,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project shall be complete and in place within 30 working days between November 1, 2025 and February 28, 2026. Project Location: This project is located in Pima County, Board of Supervisor District 4, and consists of roadways located within the Tanque Verde area of Pima County (refer to Attachment A for list of roadways). Locations Maps are provided. All questions are to be submitted via email to Jason.Boley@pima.gov no later than 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Pima County reserves the right to request Contractor take and test core samples, as needed. Contractor shall submit testing results no later than one business day after taken from field. Note: that any new asphaltic concrete mix proposals require mix design verification prior to use.
