Site work for a municipal facility in Oshawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Supply all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following: 1. Install two in-ground 7-yard general waste bins and one in-ground 7-yard cardboard recycling bin in accordance with the IQ-0750-2025 Installation Plan. 2. Construct a new reinforced concrete pad measuring 30 x 25 ft adjacent to the garbage area, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, and curing. Prior to excavation, the Contractor will secure all required utility locates, excavate to plan depths for both bin footings and concrete slab. Lower receptacles into footings; level, plumb, and verify structural integrity. Place reinforcement mesh and pour concrete pad (minimum 6 thickness), finish smooth to match site conditions, and implement curing procedures. Upon completion of bin installation and concrete pad, the Contractor will restore the site replacing sod or repairing curbs, concrete, or asphalt as specified to match existing conditions and ensure a clean, finished appearance.
