The objective of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enable FSU to enter into a purchase order with a bidder to provide an Electron Beam Evaporation System designed for the deposition of thin films made from materials such as gold, titanium, aluminum, chromium, platinum, yttrium, and molybdenum. It accomodates substrates with a minimum diameter of 100 mm (4 inches) and features automated ,recipe-based process control.
