The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires refurbishment of the Low-Level Wind Shear Alert System (LLWAS) at Tallahassee International Airport (TLH). The work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and includes all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete the refurbishment. The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to the lowest priced, fully responsive and responsible offeror. Offerors must submit a completed Solicitation Information Request (SIR) document with pricing and certifications, as well as an Organizational Experience Questionnaire demonstrating relevant LLWAS or communication tower refurbishment projects valued at or above $30,000 within the past five years. A site visit is scheduled, and all questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. The solicitation is set aside 100% for small businesses. Location: TLH Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), 5700 Springhill Road, Tallahassee, FL 32305. Estimated Price: $25k-$75k All questions regarding the project/specifications/plans must be received in writing via email to Stephen.N.Branch@faa.gov no later than 10/27/25 to allow for responses to be provided prior to due date for receipt of proposals.
