Authorisation to contract/Revenu Quebec certification Bidders are strongly advised to submit their application for a Revenu Quebec certificate and, where applicable, their application for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline indicated in the Instructions to Bidders and/or the Supplementary Instructions. CONTRACT TERM The contract covered by this call for tenders is required for a fixed term of three maintenance seasons from the date of its entry into force. The probable start date for services is on or around 1 May 2026. BID SECURITY No bid security is required. All bidders should note that if they refuse to proceed with their bid, the Corporation may reject any bid submitted by that bidder to the Corporation for the next two years.
