SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide all normal services. The SERVICE PROVIDER must notably carry out: the verification and calibration of gas detectors; verification of gas leak rate controllers control panels; the verification of functional light indicators; the verification of functional audible alarms; the verification of alarm levels; the verification of alarm actions; the performance of functionality tests; the replacement and repair of defective materials; the operations of adjustment, commissioning, programming and repair of gas detector systems, including the calibration and conformity certificate for gas detectors. The CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale is awarding a gas detector inspection and certification service contract valid for one (1) firm year, and two (2) renewal options for an additional period of one (1) year each, namely: From 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2026 (firm year); From 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027 (optional year); From 1 December 2027 to 30 November 2028 (optional year). Lot 1 - Portneuf sector: includes all the establishments in the Portneuf territory; Lot 2 - Quebec West Sector: includes all the establishments in the territories St-Augustin, Sainte-Foy -Sillery - Cap-Rouge - La Haute-St-Charles Lot 3 - Quebec Center Sector: includes all the establishments in the territories La Cite-Limoilou/Les Rivieres; Lot 4 - Quebec East sector: includes all the establishments in the Charlesbourg/Beauport territory; Lot 5 - Beauport sector, Ile d'Orleans, Saint-Anne-de-Beaupre: includes all the establishments in the territories of Cote-de-Beaupre/Ile d'Orleans and the CH St Augustin site; Lot 6 - Charlevoix sector: includes all the establishments in the Charlevoix territory.
