Reference Number 0000399230 The intent of this Request for Bid is to secure a contract for the purpose of installing approximately 2,800 Meter Transmission Units (MTUs) within Phase 2 and 3 of the area formerly served by the Springs Hill Special Utility District (SHSUD), which was recently incorporated into the City of Seguin's Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN). Please see Exhibit A for t he City o f S eguin's Water C CN Transfer A rea Phase 1-3. These replacements are part of the City's effort to modernize infrastructure in newly acquired service areas and align them with Seguin's utility standards. This initiative will provide us with a unified Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) platform. Question Deadline 10/03/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online Yes Bids received after the time and date set for submission will be disqualified. The City of Seguin reserves the right to reject or accept any and all proposals and to waive informalities. The City Council's decision will be final.
