The project generally consists of the removal and replacement of existing concrete of curb, sidewalk, and the reconstruction of ADA curb ramps on Atkins Avenue from 5th Avenue to Corlies Avenue (NJSH Route 33). The Contractor will be required to deliver the product defined under the contract within 90 calendar days forward from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond for ten (10) percent of the amount of the bid The Contract shall be awarded, or all bids rejected, within sixty days from the receipt of bids within such extensions of time as permitted by law. The Mayor and Committee reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality of any bid. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
