Furnish and deliver demolition and site restoration at Shark River Park (First Southeast, Inc.). Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal form or an exact duplicate, in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, the title of the bid, and the words "Sealed Bid." Bids are to be addressed to the Monmouth County Division of Purchasing. Each bidder shall complete and submit with its bid a Statement of Ownership, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Consent of Surety, Bid Guarantee, Certificate of Registration with the New Jersey Department of Labor, and New Jersey State Business Registration. It shall be the purpose of this contract to make available to the Monmouth County Park System an authorized source for the procurement of demolition, AST removal, well sealing, septic tank de-commissioning and asbestos removal services, as specified herein. The bid guarantee must be in the amount of 10% of the base bid or $20,000.00, whichever is the lesser amount, provided by certified check, treasurer's check, or bid bond. The Consent of Surety must provide that if the contract is awarded, the surety will post performance, payment, and maintenance bonds, each for 100% of the awarded contract. The Monmouth County Board of Recreation Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to reject a bid not accompanied by required documents, to reject an incomplete or irregular bid, and to waive any informalities. The Board may award the contract to any one of the lowest responsible bidders whose bids are equal to or tied.
