NJDOT Municipal Aid Road Program - Improvements to Lakewood- Allenwood Road - The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, etc. required to complete the milling and resurfacing of the roadway, drainage upgrades, and other improvements as described in the contract plans and specifications. 1.Notification of property owners affected by construction regarding parking and access. 2.
