This Contract includes requirements related to the District's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program including Small Business Elements (SB Elements) as part of its DBE Program that includes a DBE Goal of 20% of the total Bid Price excluding any Allowance and Option Bid Items, if applicable.
