Cumberland County is soliciting bids for the replacement of operable partitions at the Crown Expo Center. Vendors must meet all stated requirements, specifications, and terms and conditions. Bids must include all required documents and authorized signatures. Submissions must consist of one signed original bid response and one electronic copy on a flash drive, both submitted in a sealed package clearly marked with the vendor name, IFB number, and due date. Files must not be password protected and must be in PDF or XLS format, readable by Microsoft Word or Excel. Late bids will not be considered. A non-mandatory site visit is urged and cautioned for vendors to acquaint themselves with site-specific conditions affecting performance. All header, blocking, support structures, jambs, track enclosures, surrounding insulation, and sound baffles as required in 1.4 Quality Assurance. C. Pre-punching of support structure in accordance with approved shop drawings. D. Paint or otherwise finishing all trim and other materials adjoining head and jamb of operable partitions.
