Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking bids for a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment to install a new fence system for two (2) little league baseball fields located at Woodbine Lions Park. All contractors must submit with bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Successful supplier will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. Provide a bid including all labor and materialsto install a new fence system for two (2) Little League Baseball Fieldslocated at Woodbine Lion's Park, 320 Crestview Drive, Woodbine, GA 31569. 2. New fencing system will include Little League regulation backstop, sideline dugouts, sideline fence, double drive gates, and outfield fence as specified within this document. 1. Camden County has removed all existing fence and concrete foundations. 2. Contractor will install approximately 1340' of 4' tall black vinyl fabric 8-gauge fence with 2" posts in concrete (outfield fence). 3. Contractor will install approximately 360' of 8' tall black vinyl fabric-8- gauge fence with 2" posts in concrete (sideline fence). 4. Contractor will install approximately 136' of 6' tall black vinyl fabric-8- gauge fence with 2" posts in concrete (four 8'x 20' dugouts). 5. Contractor will install approximately 120' of 20' tall black vinyl fabric 6&8-gauge fence with 4" posts in concrete (backstop fence). Work must commence within 4 weeks of bid award, and completed within 90 days. The county reserves the right to reject all proposals that are non-responsive or not responsible.
