This project generally consists of improvements to an existing detention pond within the Lakes at Fairmont Greens subdivision. The subdivision is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of SH 146 and Wharton Weems Boulevard. The proposed improvements to the detention pond include excavation of the pond bottom to create 6-foot pools, removal of existing sediment bays, slope stabilization, regrading of existing side slopes, fence removal and replacement as well as rehabilitation of the existing outfall structures.
