FORMAL: The Inspection, Repair , and Oil Testing of Transformers at BCT and BPT The Port of Houston Authority is seeking proposals to perform testing and repair services for equipment, as the terminals have numerous transformers to distribute electrical power to buildings, equipment, lighting, etc., for the Port Authority offices and terminals in Harris County. Contract is for a period of 3 years. Respondents in doubt as to the meaning of, desiring further information regarding, or desiring further interpretation of the Contract Documents or any other proposal document must make request for such information in writing to PHA, by posting on BuySpeed, by 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time, on the 7th calendar day before the Response opening date.
