The University of South Carolina Facilities Landscaping Department is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to provide comprehensive grounds keeping services systemwide on an as-needed basis. Through a Fixed Price Bid process, the University will establish a list of pre-approved service providers eligible for selection as specific service needs arise. Contractors included on this list may be engaged for individual projects; however, inclusion does not guarantee any assignment of work. By submitting a bid or proposal, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Solicitation. You agree to hold your Offer open for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days after the Opening Date. Any award issued will be issued to, and the contract will be formed with, the entity identified as the Offeror. The entity named as the offeror must be a single and distinct legal entity. Do not use the name of a branch office or a division of a larger entity if the branch or division is not a separate legal entity, i.e., a separate corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, etc. Start date: 11/20/2025 End date: 11/19/2030. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract -Effective Date/Initial Contract Period". The resulting contract shall be effective for a period of one (1) year with up to four (4) additional one-year renewal options.
