The anticipated date of selection for this agreement is 11/12/2025, with a NTP on the first work order anticipated for 12/01/2025. Initiating Organization: Engineering District 6-0 Agreement Type: Open End 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Construction Management Provide as needed construction management support services staff. Implement a Project Control System to evaluate and assist the Department in the resolution of all related issues, including major field construction problems, engineering design problems, community and public concerns, review of contractors' submissions, contractors' claims, and revised Department strategies and requirements. The goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in this agreement shall be 0 of the total agreement cost. Cost included in a DBE firm's price proposal as direct cost of work and services by others shall not count as DBE participation in this agreement, unless completed by a DBE firm. Additional information concerning DBE participation in this agreement is contained in the General Requirements and Information Section referenced below.
