Project No: 219930005 Project includes targeted building and site improvements. The interior building improvements include some replacement walls and new walls. Some walls include ballistic resistance construction and ballistic resistance service windows. The interior work includes doors, toilet room replacements, finishes, new conference room and breakroom in the adjacent judicial building, MEP, and associated work. The exterior improvements include new sidewalks, stairs, landscaping, lighting, signage retaining wall feature, storm water provisions, parking lot replacement/expansion, and associated work. Bids will only be received and accepted through Questcdn.com via the online electronic bid service for the construction of Adams County Administration Building Site and Interior Improvements. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the owner as a guarantee. The original bid bond must be delivered within 72 hours of bid opening. Performance and payment bonds for the full contract amount are required from the successful bidder. Prequalification of bidders will not be required, but bidders to whom award of a contract is under consideration shall submit, upon request, a properly executed AIA Document A305 Contractor's Qualifications Statement. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the date of opening. Minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with prevailing wage rate determination provided in the bidding documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities, and to accept any proposal deemed most favorable to the interests of the owner.
