The City of Santa Fe, Texas (the "City") invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of asphalt materials for the Public Works Department for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Asphalt must be delivered only to designated City work sites as directed by the Public Works Department. Scope of Services The successful proposer shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver hot-mix asphalt (HMA) and related materials in accordance with the City's requirements. 2.1 Materials _ Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) meeting current TxDOT Standard Specifications for Type D, Type B, and surface mixes as requested. _ Additional asphalt products (e.g., tack coat, cold mix, recycled asphalt product) as specified in task orders. _ All materials shall conform to applicable TxDOT, ASTM, and AASHTO standards. 2.2 Delivery Requirements _ Asphalt must be delivered to designated City work sites within Santa Fe city limits. _ Typical delivery locations include, but are not limited to: City streets, drainage facilities, and Public Works projects. _ Delivery hours shall be coordinated with the Public Works Department; timely delivery to match paving operations is required. _ Trucks must be equipped with tarps and suitable equipment to maintain proper material temperature. _ Vendor shall guarantee delivery free of segregation, contamination, or excessive temperature loss.
