Site work for a water / sewer project in Metomen, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes funding through the State of Wisconsin Lead Service Line (LSL) Replacement Program, which is a subprogram of the Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP) and is funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Work shall comply with federal regulations. Construction is anticipated for construction year 2026. Design services solicited by this request include creation of a program for the replacement of lead service lines including the methodology for identifying target properties, public communication, and the design of lead service line replacements. The City of Superior encourages the participation of minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
