Solicitation Id: NW-01 The Northwest Region requires assistance to perform railroad coordination as an extension of WisDOT staff to meet project deadlines. Provide full time railroad coordinator(s) (ideally two years of railroad coordination experience) to assist the region railroad coordinator with monitoring the 6 year program for railroad impacts, provide railroad expertise to region staff, monitoring/auditing railroad project invoices for accuracy, conducting field survey of rail crossings and other general duties associated with railroad coordination. The duties will be performed primarily at the consultant's home office, with periodic site visits as well as meetings at WisDOT's Eau Claire and/or Superior Regional offices. Anticipated 35-40 hours per week. One individual is preferred, but a team of up to four will be considered. If proposing a team, please indicate the primary individual.
