Limit : Statewide The Bureau of Technical Services requires assistance to implement Project - Materials module software as an extension of WisDOT staf Provide materials specialists with at least 10 years of experience to work 80 - 100 hours/week to assist with implementation of the Project - Materials application and its supporting tasks. Full implementation is expected to take 5 years, with subsequent maintenance. Tasks include: developing revisions and updates to WisDOT construction standards and references, working with database systems, revising existing processes, developing and conducting training for AWP users, and performing technical and administrative tasks related to AWP materials implementation in materials engineering and quality assurance. Ideally two individuals will work 80 hours/week to assist with Project - Materials application implementation and supporting tasks and one individual will work up to 20 hours/week on supporting tasks. Larger teams may be considered. If proposing larger teams, identify primary team members; subconsultants may be used, but the prime consultant must perform the greatest amount of work. Work will be performed in a hybrid environment part-time at their home office and a minimum of 2 days per week at the Truax Lab in Madison. Provide a project manager (Wisconsin Professional Engineer required) to work approximately 5-10 hours per week and may work remotely.
