WisDOT requires assistance to complete surveying and mapping projects throughout the state using LiDAR and Photogrammetry. Project details will vary with workload and will include one or more of the following: analytical triangulation computation; planimetric mapping and digital terrain model data compilation; mobile or static LiDAR acquisition. Work may also include creation of georeferenced or ortho imagery; merging new data with existing mapping and/or digital terrain models; placing and surveying ground control; map checks; and miscellaneous field survey. Anticipated needs are weighted towards manned fixed wing LiDAR and imagery. The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
