Limit : Statewide Assistance is needed for testing aggregates, fresh concrete, hardened concrete, and cementitious materials including cement, coal ash, blended supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs), and alternative SCMs Perform fresh concrete testing following standards: Wisconsin Test Modified (WTM) T309, WTM T152, WTM T119, WTM T121, AASHTO T396, AASHTO T19, ASTM C403, and WTM T395. Perform hardened concrete testing following standards: WTM T22, WTM T97, WTM T358, AASHTO T161, ASTM C1753, ASTM C157, and AASHTO T336. Perform testing on concrete cores following standards: WTM T24 and ASTM C457. Perform cementitious material testing following standards: ASTM C150, ASTM C595, ASTM C618, ASTM C989, ASTM C1240, ASTM C1697, ASTM C311, and ASTM C311. Perform testing on concrete aggregates following standards: WTM T27 and WTM T11. Perform Alkali-Silica Reactivity (ASR) testing following standards: ASTM C1260 and ASTM C1567. Testing may be modified as listed in the construction and materials manual. Prepare and cure test specimens following AASHTO R39, AASHTO T231, WTM C1231, AASHTO M201, and WTM R100. Each test to be completed and reported within one month of receiving the samples, unless the testing time is longer than 30 days.
