Reference Number 0000399828 This project aims to remedy an issue by the design and installation of one compressed air line diffuser system into each of the three developed cells labeled Hill Oakley, Ft. Lupton East, and Golden. This includes the diffuser system, air compression system, and related SCADA controls. In addition to the water quality limitations, the existing diversion from the Lupton Bottom Ditch into the Everist cells is severely limited by the 12" gate valve and approximately 100-feet of 12" pipeline leading up to a flume and 36" pipe. The inflow is indicated in the image above just southwest of the Ft. Lupton East cell. This leads to a limited inflow into the Everist Site. This project aims to expand that diversion structure and pipeline.
