Site work for a water / sewer project in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work consists of furnishing and installing approximately 175 linear feet of 2-inch diameter polyethylene water main in Knollview Road from 8D Knollview Road to the end of Knollview Road, and approximately 500 linear feet of 2-inch diameter polyethylene water main in Knollview Road from Deep Water Way to Quahog Alley, in Quahog Alley, cross-country, and in Cottage Road from cross-country to Deep Water Way, including associated service connections, fittings, and appurtenances. Each bid must include bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount and must be in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders. Successful bidders will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each for 100 percent of the contract price, in the forms described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidding and contract award follow the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30, Section 39M. Minimum wage rates as set by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, are applicable. Complete instructions for filing bids are specified in the Instructions to Bidders. A bid may not be withdrawn within 30 days after the date of the opening of bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. Failure to acknowledge issued addenda will designate a bid as non-responsive.
