The project scope includes the construction of approximately 3750 linear feet of sanitary sewer line and 6,450 linear feet of water main extension to serve the new university sports park. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a lump sum and unit price as listed in the Bid Form. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the lowest bid price, subject to the approval of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bid. Each submitted bid is subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
