THIS BID IS FOR FURNISHING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER AND POWER, Lower Owens River Pump Station (LORPS) Soft Starter #1 Repair, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BID SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER IDENTIFIED DOCUMENTS. Item 1: Eaton Retrofit Assembly Equipment. Components are to be associated with Eaton Project Number LAK1-250210-01-MM. Bidders are to reference this number to purchase components through an Eaton Authorized Electrical Distributor. Components are to adhere to the attached specifications. Item 2: Provide an Eaton Electrical Engineering Services specialist for the installation of the Eaton retrofit assembly equipment and provide startup/commissioning of the soft starter equipment. Item 3: Provide an Eaton Electrical Engineering Services specialist for the installation of an Eaton loaner MV801 starter controller and startup of the soft starter equipment. Any award made hereunder will include all items in a single contract. ALL QUESTIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE eRSP "Q & A" SECTION OF THE BID. ONLY RESPONSES SUBMITTED THROUGH ERSP WILL BE ACCEPTED. TO ACCESS REQUIRED FORMS, THE BIDDER SHALL FIRST CREATE A BID RESPONSE IN THE eRSP SYSTEM.
