Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Bids are required for the entire project as set forth in the specifications, and all work shall be completed within 30 work days. At the time the contract is awarded, the Contractor shall possess a Class B license. The work is generally described as follows: Improvements to Bryson Park's existing building to add an 8' x 8' wood framed ADA compliant uni sex bathroom at Bryson Park in Sutter Creek, California. The Engineer's Estimate for the base bid does not exceed $80,000. An electronic copy of the project specifications, special provisions, plans, and proposal forms for bidding this project can be obtained from WGA by emailing Maria Garcia at m.garcia@wgainc.net. No hard copies will be provided. It will be the bidder's responsibility to print the bid form for submittal. Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening directed to the City Engineers Office at Sutter Creek City Hall in writing to f.whitmore@wgainc.net. Any such inquiries or questions, submitted after bid opening, will not be treated as a bid protest. This contract is subject to state contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to Government Code, Section 12990 and payment to the Contractor shall be in accordance with Section 9-1.16, "Progress Payments" of the State Standard Specifications and the project specifications. The successful bidder shall furnish a fully executed payment bond and performance bond. No Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code Section 1771.1(a)]. No Contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and further reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bids.
