Design-Build project; construction of a new heating solution, replacement or upgrade of aging municipal infrastructure, demolition of facilities which will be decommissioned, and the rehabilitation of roads and other structures above ground. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning is underway. The owner has issued an Advanced Procurement Notice (APN) to notify the industry of this upcoming project. The initial contract will be awarded to one Modified Design-Build team for an approximate total potential opportunity of $507,000,000. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in March/April 2026. This is conditional on receiving approval to proceed by the Department of National Defence (DND).
