Renovation of an educational facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work of this Contract comprises the installation of chilled water piping, routed from the steam tunnels underneath the LSC Print Room to the duct riser room of the Henry Hicks Building, up to the mechanical room. Work Includes: Installation of chilled water piping from steam tunnels to Henry Hicks Building mechanical room, new cooling coil, fanwall, access doors in attic AHU, DDC sensors, updated control sequence, pump VFD, and integration with Dalhousie BAS. Electrical scope includes feeding chilled water pump and transformer for AHU fanwall.
