Qualified contractor firms are requested to submit their qualifications and proposal for energy conservation services specifically for CalSHAPE Phase 2, which involves upgrading and repairing HVAC systems, replacing and upgrading controls at six sites: Baldwin ES, Ramona ES, Ynez ES, Alhambra HS, Mark Keppel HS, and San Gabriel HS. The full scope of work is set forth in the Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) available from the District. Proposals must be submitted electronically, and all firms must be prequalified with the District. Attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal job conference is required for eligibility. Construction and procurement is scheduled for no more than 180 calendar days from notice to proceed. Proposals submitted by firms not prequalified will not be considered.
