Renovation of a municipal facility in Jurupa Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Repair Building A (administration building) tilt-up concrete walls and fenestrations to mitigate water intrusion, with annotated areas of work as noted on the drawings. Prepare the Building A vestibule, which is framed and has a plaster finish, to receive paint. After repairs, prep and paint Buildings A & B (operations building). Install bird wire at the roof rake, parapet, or gutters of the buildings. The contractor must furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances required for the full completion of the contract work, according to the provided specifications and drawings. Bidders are required to have a Class B (General Building Contractor) and/or Class C-33 (Painting) license. Specialty contractors should review the requirements of Business and Professions Code Section 7059.
