Site work and paving for a civil project in Jurupa Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project is to design street improvements for the widening of Camino beginning at the ECR as shown on the plans for the proposed development on the west side of Camino Real and will continue south to Camino Real Elementary School. The widening work will include the necessary improvements to widen (from two to four lanes) the existing Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District ("RCFC&WCD") spillway and storm drain line extensions. Based on the City of Jurupa Valley General Plans Circulation of Element, Camino Real is classified as Secondary Highway with minimum of 100' ROW. The project includes construction of new street improvements/widening with a striped center median, curb, gutter, sidewalk ADA curb ramps. No right of way acquisition services are necessary for the design of these improvements. The purpose of this Request of Proposals (RFP) is to select the most-qualified Consultant to provide the necessary design, including, familiarity with District standards, and be able to submit the plans for approval and obtaining the approval on behalf of the City. All questions and/or inquiries regarding this RFP (post RFP submittal deadline) shall be submitted through. Planet Bids vendor portal. No other members of staff should be contacted regarding this RFP. All questions or requests for clarifications must be submitted no later than August 21, 2025 at 5:00 p.m
